Co-ordSport - as official Cosworth distributors - are now offering an uprated cam and valve spring set for the 2 litre Ford Duratec engine.
The 220bhp ‘road spec.’ kit is suitable for the new shape (54 reg on) Focus, the ‘01 on Mondeo and especially the Fiesta ST150. When combined with an induction system, exhaust and remap the upgrade would produce in excess of 200 bhp (with the rev limit set to 7200 rpm) on this car.
The kit contains the inlet and exhaust cams themselves, friction washers and uprated valve springs. As the base circle on these cams remains standard the tappets do not need to be changed.
