Japanese performance equipment specialists, Cusco, are in the process of releasing a range of chassis tuning components for the Mitsubishi Evo X.
The first of these parts to become available in Europe from their distributors, Co-ordSport, is a pair of suspension tower bracing bars.
The front tower bar consists of a straight alloy bar that is a direct bolt-on fitment and does not interfere with engine maintenance, but will brace and firm up the front suspension minimising body flex under hard driving making for improved stability and ‘feel’.
The rear tower brace has the same effect but is a somewhat more complicated affair that has been tailored to fit within the luggage area taking up the minimal amount of space while still offering a real improvement in stability.
