A forged crankshaft for 4G63 (CN9A, CP9A, CT9A) is now being introduced. We're expanding our new tuning menu for the 4G63 beyond pistons, connecting rods and camshafts. Because a fillet rolling process has been implemented on the factory-designated crank, there is a possibility that cracks will develop at greater than 400ps-60kgm. With the HKS crankshaft, the fillet rolling process has been modified and R processing has been implemented to significantly increase shaft strength. In the endurance bench test, a maximum output of 404kw (500ps)/7,000rpm and maximum torque of 617Nm (63kgm)/5,000rpm have been confirmed.
