Being in lockdown the first-time round was bad enough, but at least we had the nice weather to warm our mood then and keep us positive! Now here we are again entering a 4-week National lockdown period (across England, with varying restrictions in other parts of the UK) with nothing but dark nights and Autumnal weather in sight; thankfully the team here at Co-ordSport are ready for it and are well prepared to provide as much support as possible to you, our customers & followers, to help make things easier in your lockdown.
Our experienced team are very much available to answer any questions or queries you may have and they are staying close to the phones and their PC’s ready to process all orders & enquiries. We will aim to be as efficient as ever, in getting all orders processed and distributed as quickly as possible to minimise any disruption. Although, please note, our order cut off point is now 2:30PM instead of the usual 3:30PM, so please bear that in mind when placing orders. So far, our carriers – UPS and Royal Mail mostly, are operating as normal.
Otherwise, we are thrilled to be able to bring forward the launch of our new Trade Portal, which allows all our trade customers full access to their account and discounts. This online account ordering set-up has been under development for 2 years. Traders who normally place orders by phone and email, should now apply to have their online account set up.
