Buying & Accounting Admin Assistant

To generally assist the Buyers and their purchasing activity – orders, invoicing, etc. In particular, the checking of Purchase Invoices/Goods In Notes and goods pricing – cost/selling.

Help in dealing with suppliers and to maintain and develop the MAM Autopart stock & ledger systems.

Assist with system developments, which will include some automation, in the future.

When available, assist the Accounting Book-keepers, with Purchase & Sales Ledger postings.

Where possible, to help develop and update the Company’s product data and also the catalogue/ price lists.

Liaise with the Warehouse, Accounts and Management, where needed, and assist in

the General Office/Answering the phone, etc.

20hrs per week, usually 09:00 ~ 13:00hrs, but can be flexible
