Chris Carter Enters Round Three Of The Hot Hatch Challenge 2019

Chris Carter Racing May Bank Holiday Update

Another great performance from Chris Carter as he finishes 18 of 21 during round three of the Castle Combe Hot Hatch Challenge series.

We have supplied Chris with PBS brakes for his Renault Clio 197 this has provided a massive change to the car, and required Chris to begin re-learning the braking points, the physical pressure required and brake performance/durability through the race. However with this qualifying went well and Chris learnt more about the car, gained more track time and is developing quickly as he progresses.

Chris finished 18 of 21 with a lot of good action in-between with a best lap time of 1:30, halfway through the race it begun to rain as the team were on dry tyres, the track became very greasy in one particular part of the track however Chris was able to overcome this and we wish him the best of luck during the rest of the Hot Hatch Challenge.
