Dodson: Updates to GR6 Product Lineup

Dodson are pleased to announce several updates to their GR6 product lineup that includes new products and technical revisions to existing products.

As an addition to their product line, Dodson have now have available their billet GR6 Front Diff Cover Kit (DMS-7258), that is designed for increased strength and durability. They have identified this as a gap in their line-up and have designed the product by ensuring Dodson is a one-stop shop for all of your GR6 needs.

As part of Dodson’s commitment to continuous improvement, they have recently made design updates for the following products:

DMS-7133, GR6 FWD GEAR LOCK: Complete product overhaul to make installation easier with a tighter fit to the inside of the shaft and increased gear retention ability. They have updated the retaining bolt from a cap screw to a flanged hex head, and designed the assembly to be reusable with a collet-style cup and cone, so that it no longer exhibits permanent deformation.
DMS-0957, DMS-0958, DMS-0959 GR6 MECHANICAL CIRCLIPS #1 & #2: Updated with external identifying markers by easily distinguish among the three variants. Dodson have also refined the thread design to ensure consistent holding capacity.

To ensure competitiveness in the market, Dodson have improved the efficiency of our manufacturing processes for the EXTREME DUTY OUTPUT SHAFT (DMS-7908), enabling a 35% reduction in cost that are being passed to customers as a reduction in retail price of the product. We believe the Dodson product to be superior to other options available on the market, available now at a similar price point.
