TEG crew target top ten on Isle of Man

David Wright and Shelley Rogerson will make their second British Rally Championship outing of 2006 when they contest the Rally Isle of Man.

The duo will once again use a TEG Sport prepared Subaru Impreza running in the Group N “showroom” class against
tough opposition such as Mark Higgins and Gwyndaf Evans. After their excellent 11th overall on the recent Jim Clark International rally Wright and MSA Rally Academy co-driver Rogerson are hoping to get into the top 10 on the fast island roads.

“The car performed brilliantly on the Jim Clark rally and if we can get another trouble-free run I am confident we can make the top 10 leaderboard. Dave and I contested the Manx National rally last year and we were setting good times until we had car problems. The island roads are a big challenge for both car and crew and I’m really forward to the event” said Shelley.

The rally starts on Thursday 3rd August and consists of 24 stages, the crews arriving at the finish on Saturday afternoon.
